Get festive baking and cooking inspiration from food writer and baker extraordinaire, Rose Prince, in this wonderfully hands on session at South London’s Cactus Kitchen. Guests will not only have the chance to bake some lovely Christmas recipes inspired by her new book, The Pocket Bakery, but they’ll also receive a signed copy of the book ensuring they can perfect them in time for Christmas! The festive delicacies guests will learn to craft include a Spiced Pheasant Kitchari, a delicious sharing dish, Picnic Pie, ideal for for Boxing Day buffets, and Rye and Cranberry Crispbreads, the ultimate dipping tool and a great gift for party hosts over the festive season.
