Rose Prince is the author of four cookery books and a columnist on the Telegraph magazine. The New English Kitchen was originally published to acclaim in 2005, followed by The New English Table (2008) and Kitchenella (2010). Her most recent cookery book, The Pocket Bakery (2013), told the story of an artisan bakery she set up with her two children Jack and Laura, and ran for three years.
